The Twin Drive
with Trans-Am System Activated
The “Twin Drive System” is a 200 year old GN technology concept originally devised by Aeolia Schenberg, and currently in use exclusively in the 00 Gundam. The system utilizes two GN Drives with a synchronized amount of GN particle production as the basis for the system’s operation, with the synchronization of the topological defects in the two GN Drives. This produces a ‘synergy’ in which both drives’ combined productivity is squared (by coupling the drives’ production).However, even after stabilizing the system, the system itself was still very unstable and activating the Trans-Am System risked a system overload. It was only until the 0 Raiser was used in conjunction with the 00 that the system could be fully stabilized and the Trans-Am system made safe to use.
